Stretching has never been so much fun!
How to use:
1. Find a door (We recommend using the side of the door than cannot go any further. Not the side it opens towards)
2. Place the 2 black foam pieces over the door with one hand and close with the other.
3. Close the door and give the stretcher a good pull to ensure it is secure.
4. Use the height adjustment straps depending on what exercise you're doing.
5. Stretch!
